We want you to love your sparkling water experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your SodaStream sparkling water maker within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that CO2 cylinders and opened syrups are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene regulations.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your SodaStream machine in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and power cords are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
