How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at participating local retailers. Simply order your exchange online, and use the provided prepaid label to return your empties once your new cylinders arrive.
Which sparkling water makers are compatible with the Quick Connect cylinders?
The pink-labeled Quick Connect cylinders are compatible with our Terra, Art, and Duo sparkling water makers. For older models like the Fizzi or One Touch, please continue using the blue-labeled Screw-in cylinders.
Are SodaStream carbonating bottles dishwasher safe?
Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, we recommend checking the specific label on your bottle; if it does not state it is dishwasher safe, it should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and a mild bottle brush.
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sparkling water maker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
How long does a single CO2 cylinder last?
One 60L CO2 cylinder can produce up to 60 liters of sparkling water, depending on the level of carbonation you prefer and the type of sparkling water maker you use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship CO2 cylinders to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations due to transport regulations for pressurized gas.
